Japan Visa

Participants planning to attend the International Experts Summit on Nursing Science and Practice (Nursing Summit-2027) in Osaka, Japan, are advised to review the visa requirements applicable to their country of citizenship well in advance of their travel. Japan offers visa exemptions for nationals of certain countries and regions, while participants from countries requiring a visa should apply as early as possible to allow sufficient time for processing. Visa requirements and application procedures may vary depending on your nationality and country of residence.

To support your visa application, the Organizing Committee will provide an Official Invitation Letter upon request. This letter confirms your registration and participation in the conference and may be submitted as a supporting document with your visa application. Please note that visa decisions are made solely by the Embassy or Consulate of Japan.

Official Invitation Letter

Official Invitation Letters will be issued to registered participants upon request after successful completion of the conference registration process. The invitation letter will be sent electronically via email and may be used to support your visa application or obtain institutional travel approval.

Note: The Organizing Committee can provide an official Invitation Letter to registered participants; however, we cannot guarantee the approval or issuance of a visa. Visa approval is solely at the discretion of the Embassy or Consulate of Japan.
